I brought the car in at 9:15 for my 10,000 mile rotate tires oil change asked how long it would take was told 2 to 2 1/2 hours he asked if I was staying. I said I am asked if I needed his number to text he said no he'll come and get me when it's ready at 12:15 now three hours no contact I go and look for him. He is nowhere to be found so a young gentleman who is very nice looked on the computer and said my car was still not in the bay. I said young man please go get my car. I am not gonna sit here. Another minute. I know customer service is horseshit in this country again but that was horrible service. No contact he could've come by at two hours to 2 1/2 hours in saying you know, Mr. Burdick we're a little behind. I'm sorry about that but nothing so I got nothing done. Horrible service just horrible.

Making an appointment for service seems pointless when it takes 3 hours to get the service completed. Waste of a half a day :-( Aaron was pleasant though so that’s the plus.

When someone makes an appointment with you there is an expectation that you value their time and business. If someone is waiting 3 hours for an oil change it’s because you are not managing your business properly or just don’t care or value your customers. Overbooking what your team can manage is a money grab and shows you do not care about the customer experience. I feel bad for the staff that has to deal with angry customers ALL day long and told them they should be looking for different job if your management is so willing to put them in the position of dealing with angry people all day. I won’t be back. 3 hours! On a day that I needed to get a lot done. Because of that things I needed to get done yesterday are now going to take up my Sunday. Shame on you for not valuing your customers time and you associate’s well being.

Special thank you to Alan for making sure the repair got done as scheduled and for getting me an Uber for both trips much appreciated i have been going here for over a year and was never offered that service the coffee in the lounge was awesome also just overall great customer service and communication.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed for 2 PM. When I got there. They instructed me it was going be a 2 1/2 hour wait and asked me if I wanted to leave the vehicle or wait for it. I told the person that's why I thought I made an appointment. I ended up waiting because it was 25 minute drive to and from my house. I was very disappointed that even though I made an appointment and rushed to get down there, I still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. I think you need a better system. It shouldn't take nearly a whole day to get an oil change.

Good expe t ience overall..one mention. The service team performed a recall update for the rear camera but left wires hanging below the dash just to the left of the brake. I noticed it and tucked the wires awayy.
