Sales men told me wrong on several features, and was totally off about the hybrid, he told me hybrid only works in echo mode. didn’t listen when I told them several times I wanted to order all weather mats for my new Tacoma. Unfortunately they didn’t get ordered so I didn’t get my all weather mats.

When arranging this told them of the timeframe for the Reapir and said it was no problems. The cost was way to much when we had same thing down at Toyota dealership for half of the cost

A couple of issues I won't recount now, but the final one was when I stopped for gas in Oskaloosa less than 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, my passenger side taillight was dangling by the wire harness because two bolts that secure it from the tailgate side were missing.
