After spending over 3 1/2 hours and spending over $450 I have the same problem I had when I started. Supposedly I had a software update to the best of my ability. Most software updates are free not very happy . I feel completely ripped off.

Dylan is an amazing person. I was late for my appointment due to an encounter with police while in route for my appointment and Dylan was able to take me and service my beloved 2020 Rav4 and service it in a timely manner. What a decent person to have at such a prestigious establishment. Keep up the great work. Thumbs up ???? ????
