Joel did a great job getting both my recalls and my thermostat diagnosed and replaced through my extended warranty company after the dealership I purchased my vehicle from could not even properly diagnose it. The recall items and the warranty work were completed in less time than I expected, though I was made aware that they would take some time. Thanks again.
My car was in the shop in July 2025 for a air conditioner repair and now it’s needs fixing again brought my car there today at 8am was told after 4 hours my car needs the same part ordered again and no loaner car so I will have to drive it with no air conditioner until the part come in very disappointed
The whole experience was very nice, but it usually is I've had a Genesis from Fayetteville for eight years every time from pick up the service delivery absolutely great.
