I’ve been living in Fayetteville 10 years, bought my Hyundai one year prior. As soon as I visited Lee and met Tilita, I haven’t been to another dealership since. Sure, the occasional Walmart oil change while shopping. But anything more complex than that, I see Tilita and only Tilita. She’s knowledgeable, quick, funny, smart, kind, friendly and works with her customers on their terms. I consider her a friend, and as I plan to leave Fayetteville this month, I’m so, so grateful to have had her on my side with my vehicles. Invaluable customer service. Love Tilita.

I should not be waiting almost 5 hours for an oil change they I scheduled an appointment for. It’s ridiculous and it happens every time I bring my vehicle in for service. If there was another Hyundai dealership in my area I would never come here again.

I had a great experience today. Gary helped get my vehicle in and out of the service department quickly, called when it was finished and gave me the report of things that needed to be addressed. Also had a great experience with the shuttle. I was able to get to my work on time and picked up and brought to the dealership during my lunch break.
Marcos was very polite and respectful today providing my car service. I felt listened to and respected by Marcos. My car was fixed the way I wanted thanks to him.
