When I first started receiving Hyundai emails and messages from the Hyundai app that I was due service ~1500 miles ago, I called to schedule and was told it was too soon. If my services are prepaid and I want service, shouldn't I get it? When I run out of prepaid, I start paying. Instead, I come in 1500 miles later, find out my car has been out of alignment during that time and the tires are gone, and I buy $740 + installation worth of tires, that maybe were OK 1500 miles ago. Good for business today, not so good for the future.
