Kelli was not friendly, informative, or communicative. She did nothing but stress me out more when she said I was gonna have to pay $170 just for diagnostic. Even though I already knew what was going on because I got the code prior to coming in.
After my oil change, my engine light went off and hasn’t returned. There is still a possibility it will, but I’m confident that my Cadillac converter and O2 sensors are fine for now. That the engine light simply came on because I was 2,000 past an oil change and most likely had dirty oil.
She didn’t walk me to my car, didn’t talk to me about any of it good enough to understand. Actually, I had told her to just not because of the vibe I was getting off her. Thankgod I have ChatGPT because that’s the only reason I know anything about what’s going on. She should not be in customer service.
So no, I was not satisfied with Kelli & I won’t be back to this dealership ever again because this isn’t the first time I have felt like your service department was trying to screw me over by simply not commutating effectively.
