Mr Wallace was wonderful and got my friend and I tend and I transportation to shopping and called me when my vehicle was ready. I am disabled and handicapped now and really depend and look forward to getting my vehicle washed and a quick cleaning but uou didn't have the staff to do if today. I missed that as I can't wash my vehicle myself any longer between having a titanium ball joint and 3 herniated discs it's impossible. That's is my only negative experience otherwise great as always.????
