I felt like I was being told that my car needed services that it really didn’t need. I hardly drive this car. I don’t understand how it could possibly need a 4 wheel alignment. I haven’t run into any potholes or been abusive with my car. It only has about 16k miles. Were cheap tires put on it when I purchased it?

Ms. Tate received my request for my windshield lever to be readjusted following a different appointment I had with Hyundai. The issue was resolved quickly so I could make it to my doctor's appointment afterwards. They even walked and vacuumed the car.

Kellie was amazing and very informative. She’s actually one of the best I’ve worked with in the service area. My issue is as I’m writing this in sitting on the side of the road with my car malfunctioning after just spending 4.5 hours with you guys this afternoon. When I brought my car in it had no issues. Now after getting the oil change and extra stuff that needed to be done my oil and engine light is on and the car stopped accelerating. I’m alone in a sketchy area so you can imagine I’m beyond pissed on top of the fact that I’m still over 45 min away from home since I choose to do business with your establishment after so many purchases.

The service for my sons vehicle was not serviced in a timely fashion, there was a complete lack of communication, lies about files, calls to management that went unanswered and items that were never fixed even though it was communicated multiple times! A complete lack of accountability from the service writer. I will do everything in my power to never return to the location again. And likely will think twice before purchasing another Hyundai!

I appreciated that my vehicle was serviced within the hour of my appointment time and I was not pressured to purchase additional services.Declan was pleasant and professional. This visit was 100% better than my last service appointment! Thank you for doing an awesome job.
