It would have been nice for someone to come out and talk to us to update us on what was taking so long. Our time at the dealership was almost 4 hours.
needed a bit more information on what I needed as a result of the multi point inspection. There also weren't enough seats for people coming in. Someone gave their seat up for me and I gave my seat up for a senior adult. After about an hour or so an Employee mentioned there were more seats in the sales area.
Gary was great from check-in to check-out. I appreciated the professional and personable way he interacted with me.
Also, the shuttle driver that Gary arranged was a very polite and respectful young man.

Since bringing my car in for service at the dealership, Mr. Lopez has been exceptional with his service and guidance with my vehicle. Whenever I have questions, he is available to answer them. I will continue to utilize the service department.

Request recall be addressed on tuscon & it wasn't, my warranty was 17 days past period & I was charged, there should be a grace period as you can see we had extreme weather that caused me to postpone svce, can I be given a $100 reward on svc, Marco was extremely nice & helpful
My service guy Joel was very good no problem with him very nice helpful person that I’m disappointed with is the service tech. The people who does the work on my vehicle they do a half job on my vehicle after I pick my get my car pay for it leave. I had to turn around and bring my vehicle back to the shop because the paperwork that I was given said that my inspection was passed, but when I got to the DMV office, it said it was failed in the system, but no one told me that it felt it’s not the first time I had to bring my vehicle back to the shop, but Joel is a very good service writer.

Marcos was fantastic, but as for the others, all I can say is that they’ll just stare at you, especially the ladies at the front. A simple appointment, car drop-off, and pick-up was very frustrating.

The vehicle was ready and I do not receive a call to say it was. He had it parked somehow he forget k was waiting . I had to walk go to the counter to ask why it was ready and I was not notified.
