The service and employees were wonderful… however, I think I am not listed on the account - Andrea C. Jones-Alan is my husband. This is the correct cell but they could not find me on the iPad or computer and my husband is getting scheduled maintenance emails as opposed to me and I drive the care- Andrea C.Jones. I booked an appointment for 7:30am so that our car would be one of the first ones in. Waited over 4 hours for a transmission flush and no one would update us on the car. When we asked the final time, the guy that was to update us hours before rolled his eyes, finished voice-to-texting on his phone, then continued eating his popcorn as if we were inconveniencing him. We will never be bringing our business back for maintenance on our vehicle.
