I always waited few hours or more when I brought my vehicle to maintenance, but I had quickest waiting time ever! Also friendly and helpful service as well. Great experience.
When I arrived, it was very awkward. I waited by my car for about ten minutes in the driveway. Two other clients were also there. They were annoyed at being ignored. It was kind of odd. No signage telling us to wait at vehicle or go in to check in. Oil change was for 1:30. I left at almost 4:00. Oil changes should not take over two hours. This is the second time I waited over two hours for an oil change.
I recently brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance at J Allen Toyota and had the pleasure of being assisted by JT. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me warmly and handled the check-in process with efficiency and professionalism. JT worked with a clear sense of urgency, ensuring that everything was set up quickly while still taking the time to explain the process and answer my questions. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to great customer service. 3 hours to change oil and perform tire rotation was about 3x as long as I've ever had to wait for just these services in the past 3 1/2 years I've been coming to your service department. I do appreciate the fact that things happen such as employee absentees or scheduling mishaps, be it employee scheduling or overlooking appointments, but it did not appear many vehicles came back from service for pickup in the last hour plus of my wait. I will monitor the situation in the future, as I have a very immobile schedule on the 1 day or 2 a month I get off work. We got the service done so I could continue to go to work, so that's mission accomplished.
The Uber service was excellent.
