No problem with with the service team, I just don't see how it can leak at one time and not another.
I have been very satisfied with past service at JAllen, but 3 hours for a Toyota Care 12 month/10,000 mile service for this visit? Unacceptable.
I had an oil change and tire rotation completed under my Toyota care package. I waited about an hour so timing wasn’t bad at all. However, I’m at my 10,000 miles mark so one of my recommendations was to get the air filter replaced. It’s right at about $100. Just seems very pricey for the service and wish this was part of my Toyota care.
AJ Crouse did not provide me with any assistance but Zack was the person that greeted me upon my arrival obtained and verified all my information, kept me informed on the progress and reviewed the results of my inspection and service. He was excellent and is clearly a very valuable employee and asset to your company.
Jalen was very attentive to my car and how worried I was about it. Very professional, He did a great job take care of and answering every worry I had about my baby..my Car. Thank you all so much for your help in my emergency! You are the best!

The only complaint is that I waited 31/2 hours in the lobby. Otherwise everyone was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable.

Got an oil change and a few days later had an oil leak took couple of days to get it "looked" at just to find alot of oil residue but being an aircraft mechanic oil doesn't just leak in one spot and no compensation just awful service all together prolly never going back for anything at all
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Dante. He was literally godsend for me. My abusive husband put “sugar” into my tank, turned out to be salt but still.
Dante talked to through everything! He got me in touch with the tow truck company.
I literally can’t thank him enough. He was super helpful and patient with me during such a bad situation in my life.
