Previously explained to numerous staff. However, I have done business with J Allen for a number of years and have always received top notch service. The other day however left much on the table and I wasn’t impressed.

I was completely satisfied with the service that I received on my vehicle. From start to finish, my technician, Dante Madison kept me informed, he explained the repairs and provided photos and videos. He was very courteous, professional, friendly and responsive when I had additional questions. He helped ease a lot of the anxiety when I discovered I had an engine oil leak. I will definitely be a return customer.

I was completely satisfied with Jaylen’s help he got my car in without an appointment and got a service in a reasonable amount of time. He also provide an Uber home and an Uber is picking back up. I only live about a quarter mile from Allen Toyota so it was very nice. I didn’t have to sit there in the waiting room or appreciate all that seriously Jaden was very professional and sincere.

Rose assured me that all of my concerns would be checked out and the cause would be found. Rose kept me informed during the morning.
