Was blown off and lied to multiple times during my visit. Didn’t get a call back or follow up in the end nothing was done and was promised a refund on the deposit and was never granted. Very dissatisfied and will never be back to Wilde Toyota again! Maybe we will get better results if we contact Toyota corporate!

Bruce was great. But took 2 hours for routine checkup. Used to have a carwash as part of the process but looked like maybe sprayed a hose on some tires and nothing else. And when I got to my car after service it was parked 6 inches from car on driver side so that I had to crawl in through passenger side. Been with Wilde for Toyota for 8+ years and this was by far the worst service.

He forgot to clear the code. Also whoever parked it had it way too close to vehicle next to it. I don't know which was parked first but could not open door without contacting the passenger mirror on car next to mine

There is nothing wrong with your service advisors, your amenities such as the coffee, or your waiting area. The price of an oil change at $75 is kind of high considering about five years ago, I was only paying $25. Additionally, an oil change and a tire rotation probably shouldn’t take over two hours and I even arrived early for the appointment by about 15 minutes.

Joseph is awesome to work with. He is very prompt in responding to my requests and gets me in for an appointment quickly so my car can get fixed and I’m back on the road. He is the best!

The lady that took care of me was awesome.She was excellent and explaining things to me.Reviewed what I was there for thank goodness because there was something on there that I had not requested when I called to make an appointment so I think god for her being so efficient and accurate with my car she's not only polite like I said she's efficient extremely detail oriented very friendly
