My phone number was entered incorrectly. I was never notified that my car was ready. I ended up waiting an additional 50 mins. Maybe the cashier or the advisor should let people know that they are ready and we can leave. I went up to the cashier to inquire.

Always have a very positive experience with Paul. He is always familiar with my vehicle vehicle and will let me know what is up for the 5,000 check. If I have questions he will explain what I need to know. Also spent time explaining the new appointment process on a tablet. At pick up he showed me how to navigate tablet report with work completed. We both have Rav's and always schedule with Paul.

Joseph was very very polite and professional. Actually listened to my concerns and needed. Joseph made my experience rather delightful. He also gave me his direct line to communicate to continue my automotive service needs. In the past 14 years after 5 cars, I could never get that with any other service writer. Thank you to Joseph for awesome experience for the first time ever!

Bruce was great. However, your system currently is not very good. I was sent a text message to look at the inspection. It wasn’t really clear on everything on that report. Then, when I got back to the dealership, my truck was in the parking lot and I had to wait 15 minutes to get all the paperwork settled. Unacceptable.

The service that the vehicle received was great. The problem was that when I arrived and pulled into the garage, 4 people told me that someone would be with me shortly. I waited 25 minutes!????

I asked to have my headlights checked and for a quote on the cost of a replacement. I didn't receive any info and the light is still out. This is the third time I've asked at the dealership. I don't understand why this isnt getting done.

Joseph was pleasant an easy going person to talk to. He clearly understood what I wanted done with car. Joseph called with update on additional items to consider having done with car. I took his advice as I transport grandkids around and I wanted the assure of their safety when in my car. Looking forward towards continuous service from Wilde on my Toyota RAV4.
