I have not yet received the survey, but here are my thoughts...FANRASTIC! I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly with polite international and he told me what they were going to do and showed me to the waiting room.
The service was comple t Ed in a much shorter time that I expected.

I asked for the service manager to call me back today and I’ve yet to hear anything from the department! I’m not happy with my oil change there was oil dumped all over the skid plate of my vehicle and then when I left the dealership it blew all over the under side of my truck you would think for the price you would get better service they couldn’t even wipe my skid plate I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the oil filter until I climbed underneath to look! I don’t think i will be back. I probably should’ve went to Walmart I would have gotten better service!

I disliked any experience I’ve had with the service department (not the techs themselves) They are dismissive and rude. So much so that I immediately went to Horne and traded in my 4Runner with 15k miles on it for a brand new Yukon. That’s how bad I never want to step foot in this place again!
Could make the process faster (paper trail wise). Service was, otherwise, very good.

I can’t believe how expensive your oil changes are. I was satisfied with the work as usual but the price caught me off guard. I will explore car oil changes elsewhere next time.
