Had a nail on my tire. Was told I needed a tire and I said I would take it to have it fixed and then I was told they could fix it and they did. Next morning had a low tire and went to Toyota to get it fixed and they told me that it would be awhile before went somewhere else. I have been a customer of Toyota since 1992. This has never happened.
