Every time I visit I’ve had an amazing experience! I can’t thank the staff enough for always making me feel like part of the family and answering any questions or comments I may have. The entire team is always warm and welcoming when my family and I visit which will never go unnoticed.
In terms of customer service, the team here is always reliable, fast and friendly which is held in high regard when it comes to recommendations to anyone inquiring about service.
At least from the outside looking in, a friendly work environment leads to happier customer satisfaction which in turn leads to reliable feedback for company future growth.

I brought the vehicle in prior to it's 830 appointment, when I returned to pick it up 6 hours later it had not even moved from where I parked it and nothing had been done.
She told me 45 minutes it was an hour and twenty because she took a break and didn't notice it on her desk.

Under staffed! People backed up waiting and a manager walks over and putts a hand written appointment in front of of advisor and walks off. Over an hour past when my vehicle was done. Got a call that it was ready after we were home with it. Anna is amazing and does not deserve to be **** on by this place. I can go on and on since I was waiting for almost two hours after I was told my vehicle would be done. Sorry but I’ve never had a positive experience at this dealship. Larry H miller would be good place to send staff for training. I will try to stay off your lot in future. Shame to that 3 Toyotas and Mercedes we bought in last year won’t be replaced here.
