I had a long wait for an appointment for a 15k maintenance.
The biggest issue I had was lack of communication. Being told I would receive a call back and never receiving a call back. Even a simple call with “no we have no update right now”.. anything. I had to constantly call for any sort of information.
Anna was great. Service was quick.
Service was fast and staff very professional and friendly, which is very important when dealing with customers.
When you make an appointment to have a part put in 5 days beforehand, have the part there! Poor performance!

One of the biggest reasons I came in was for my TIMING chain. I wanted to know if it needed serviced NOT the serpentine belts and I was VERY specific and asked several times if they checked the TIMING chain not the serpentine belts. However when I watch the video that was sent he mentioned these are the belts you wanted checked and said they are good no cracks great.... but that is NOT what I wanted serviced. I also had a multi point inspection done.... I am not sure how well it was actually checked as on the check sheet says all the tires are good however there are 2 that are over 10 years old and 3 that are dry rotted... soooo why are they marked green good to go? Also my horn doesn't work and windshield washer fluid doesn't spray but those are all marked good too... not really satisfied as I was looking to have these things serviced and fixed. I was advised when I asked about the horn that I could find someone else to fix it.but it should have still been noted it doesn't work that's why I feel a good check was NOT done. Always friendly but how can I trust my car is actually in good order

I brought my truck in on Saturday July 19th, it had a “service DEF system, see dealer” error message. You did not have any service mechanics working even though you were open for service. I said I can leave my truck, I would just need a loaner truck to use since I use my truck daily. You do not have loaner trucks. I went home with my truck still giving me the error message. Come Sunday I had to move my truck and the error message and the check engine light were gone. I still need to know why the truck gave me an error message. So I brought my truck in on Tuesday July 22nd for the appointment. I asked if the mechanic could still read the code since no one was there on Saturday when the code was still up. The girl behind the counter went and talked with the mechanic and she came back and told me they could still read the code. I said I would leave it then since it’s still under warranty and told the girl that it needs to be covered under warranty and that I don’t want to have to pay to be told that the mechanic couldn’t do anything. The girl argued with me about warranty and kept giving BS as to why it might not be covered and I told her again that if it’s not covered then don’t do it. She kept on telling me a whole lot of BS. I finally left with a small hope that the mechanics had half a brain to only run for the code and nothing else. I called to see if they had finished at about 1:45 in the afternoon and the girl who answered said they were still working on it. I stated that the mechanic was still hooking it up to the computer from the 10:30 appointment three hours later? The girl seemed annoyed that I pointed out that they were taking their sweet time handling plugging it into the computer. I finally received the call to come get my truck at 4:00, 6 hours after I dropped it off. When I got there I was told I owed $180 and the slip said all the mechanic did was hook to a computer and it showed nothing in error. So 6 hours of my day wasted for nothing. I asked why she didn’t do it via warranty and her remark was “I can keep your truck for the next couple days if you want me to see if it can go through warranty” I need my truck and not having it costs me money. I paid but did not sign anything agreeing I should pay. According to Ram Care it should have been covered under warranty. This leads me to believe that the girl at Hatch was either stupid, lazy, or both. Judging by her phone being out and the way she handled herself, I’m sure it’s both.
If you would like to know how I would be completely satisfied, it would be a refund of my money and a formal apology from the girls there for their ineptitude on handling my truck. That is how this can be resolved.
Anna is very attentive and handled my car problem with utmost professionalism. All service personnel and technicians are most competent. Glad to be a customer.
Service visit went smoothly
Anna was polite/courteous, but when asked how long the service would take, she responded 45 minutes-hour. Instead the service took 2 hours and 5 minutes. I wondered what had happened and became restless.
