Every one I talked to said that your company is worthless and the fact of the brake caliper bolt, death wobble, and the fact I now have to go get an alignment (even though I have not told anyone about the alignment at the dealership because I hardly believe you/they will pay for another company to do the alignment “right” like tingly tire. This is because my mechanic knows (had vehicle there under warranty 5 times for alignment and still hasn’t gotten it fixed) and has worked there and knows the systems there and you don’t let him/her input the manual specs to fix his own vehicle cause you don’t have the updated software to align his/her truck how can one trust your mechanics or anything you do. I won’t even buy from you ever again especially all I’ve had to go through with my vehicle I purchased from you (you’ve had it longer than I have had it, because had it 6 days of 14) nor will I ever tell others to buy from this dealership. Would I like to have this dealership pay for the second inspection (inspection from another mechanic because brake caliper bolt came off and a death wobble that was supposedly an unbalanced wheel which 2 other mechanics including one I took it to said BS had to have been fixed and said it was an unbalanced tire because they didn’t want to admit that they messed up on a check and issue that they had to fix) but not worth it to fight to get it than pay someone else that knows what they’re doing to fix it. Salesman was good and towing cause of brake caliper good and the replacement/extraction of locking lug nuts without the key ok/good but get back with alignment issue is messed up wheel slightly to the left to keep it straight is bs should’ve been straight not after a “re-balance of tire causes death wobble” which 2 mechanics who have over 25 years of experience calls bs on the so called issue causing the death wobble now down $300 for the inspection and fixes from other mechanic and probably another 200$ for an alignment is bs to even think of recommending this dealership. One of the worst experiences I have ever had other then from one other dealership that sold me a piece of crud but that’s another dealership and issue. But give a 3.5 of 5 for salesman 0 of 5 for dealership. (0 worst 5 best). Never buy from here ever and I mean no one ever buy from here!!!!

Anna was on top of it from the beginning to the end. This happened because I disconnected my battery when I left for six months. Toyota should have a warning about this. Then it wouldn’t have happened.
