Not a good experience. From check-in to picking up the vehicle. Just not good overall. And charged for a tire rotation I did not approve. Didn't notice it until I had already paid. Just wanted to GTFO at that point. First and last time at your dealership.

Communication was terrible. I was having to chase after them the whole time for information on the repair. I've worked customer service for 20 years and I'll just say its lacking at this dealership. I had another vehicle, from another manufacturer, require a similar service late last year. Those folks kept me in the loop of what was going on with the vehicle, including time and cost estimates. Not only that, but the service advisor was there to meet me when I picked up the vehicle and provided me with proper maintenance information for the new motor. Not at Suntrup Hyundai. I dont question the quality of the work but the service sucked.

Pick it up Wednesday, by Saturday night it wouldn't start. $1400 dollars later and I still have an inoperable vehicle.
