I was not completely satisfied. Far from it. I was told I was paying up front for repairs (approximately $1100), then told I had to pay an additional $713 upon pickup for labor. My mistake for not reading the fine print. However, the numbers don’t add up. I inquired with Ben what the labor rates were ($199 per hour). I had an alert on my Genesis App that they were setting the alarm off looking for it in the lot at 8:30 and I had a text it was done at 10:40. Ben said the estimate was 3.4 hours even though the actual labor was 2 hours maximum. $1800 to have a window and some trim replaced. I’m on car #2 with you and my wife is just starting to look at replacing her MB SUV and really likes the GV70. The next vehicles won’t be with Suntrup.

The dashboard almost immediately reset itself that tire pressure was as it should be. The shuttle driver was so very considerate, came around vehicle and opened door for me both when dropping me off and when he picked me up. Thanks so much.

I did feel I was well taken care of with this appointment. The team was communicative, I was able to get a shuttle to and from home timely, and my car was washed without even asking for it!
