Great communication. Things were delayed, but I felt taken care of. Maybe set a more careful queue for EVs though. If only certain mechanics are certified to service them. Was weird being scheduled for a battery test but a mechanic wasn't available right away to perform the test.

My experience was pleasant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date on the status of my car. The issue was a recall and was taken care of by the manufacturer. I appreciate Tim McCarthy and the rest of the team that assisted me with my vehicle.

I was told that our oil change was supposed to be free and it wasn’t. Then you changed the oil without asking if I wanted to still get the oil changed. Very disappointed.
