He communicated very well and did not waste my time. He also reviewed what was needed and the wait time with me and what was still covered under the purchase agreement. He also let me know the car would have to come back a separate time for a recall fix and get me a loaner as I live further away. Overall it was 5 stars.

Austin has been attentive in communicating with my extended warranty policy team. I am awaiting for the actual repair work to start and be completed hopefully by early next week. Austin has been professional and responsive. I am looking forward to the completion of the repair.

I had a 9 am appointment for new tires and an alignment, at noon I asked how close we were to being done. I was told it wouldn’t be long now well I don’t think it was even started yet! So I started complaining and then I was offered a loaner car and he wouldn’t let me get my insurance card probably because it wasn’t even in the shop yet. So he rummaged in my glove box for it and left it a mess as nothing was replaced. Service personnel do not need to rummage through a persons private material. Why wasn’t I offered a loaner to start with or told they were too busy to get to it until noon? I am very dissatisfied with the customer service on the Genesis I purchased there. Maybe I need to look elsewhere next time I have a vehicle serviced or make a purchase of a new vehicle. All I ask is that you be honest with me and don’t lie to me. Is that too much to ask?

1. I had a 7:30 appointment & my car sat on the lot for 1 hour before being worked on. Same thing happened my last service appointment 7-11-25 2. Fluids were not topped off. Antifreeze is right at the low line & wiper fluid not visible.
