It was not the workers’ fault, but the wait time was excessive. I could see that the workers were doing everything they could, but I had an 8:30 am appointment & was there 6 hours. It would have been helpful to have more communication/updates.

Austin was excellent and I believe he did as he is expected and trained to do. However, I was told an oil change would be an hour to an hour and a half. I asked to add on an emissions inspection was told it could increase the wait to be up to 2 hours. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, my car was ready but the emissions machine was out of service for the day, so that service wasn’t completed. It would be nice if the estimated time for someone waiting was closer to what is stated. I may have chosen to be dropped off instead of wasting that much time.

Austin was very sweet and kind, however, he failed to initiate the text to inform me when my vehicle was finished with the work. I had to call and inquire so that it could be picked up before closing. Also, he did not put my coupon on the invoice, even though I showed it upon initial contact, and I reminded him in the email about what I authorized. Everyone was pleasant, But they did tell me multiple times there were over a 104 clients on this day. It makes me think you all are in such a rush...quantity over quality.

Acacia was awesome but the gemtleman I spoke too was rude. We confirmed our appointment last week and also received a text confirming it only to spend time to drop off our vehicle and find out Monday morning the parts were still not in. Some had to travel to pick it up again. Quite frustrating honestly

I received the car yesterday. No problem was found. The car died today in front of Southwest terminal departures. Had “PARK malfunction” error. Could not lock the car, turn off car, or change gear. Called roadside assistance. Will be towed to different dealership. Almost missed our Holiday vacation.

Appt 730 am, left at 10 am. I asked to have the trim on my rear passenger door looked at. He said that was additional service, which I understand, but it literally shouldn't have taken more than 5 or 10 mts to figure it out. It needs to be put back on track, i just wanted a quote and possibly fixed. Even that added with the oil change, it should not have taken 2.5 hours. On top of that, I was not updated until I asked the status of my car after about 1.5-2 hrs. I denied the trim being fixed at this point bc I had to get to work but will have it scheduled. When I complained about the time, Tim was pretty rude and walked away. I wasnt even told where my car was located a

Had appointment for "first thing Thursday morning" made on Monday. Did not hear back till Friday morning that they will get to it today. A call on Thursday with an apology would have been nice.
