My car service was excellent, no problems since purchase 2021, last 2 visit i told staff i would wait for car, seems to be unclear at check in. When making appt online there is no option to say i will wait for my car, can only mark car will be dropped off. This causes some mild tension at check in and this is the second time i have had to explain. Also the soft chairs in lobby have strong body odor, that was a first at this visit.

Everything went well. Alex kept me in the loop during the whole time. He texted me informing me of the progress and the ordering of the parts to repair the items in the recall. Alex did a fantastic job from the time I arrived to completion. Awesome.

I brought my car in for an oil change and for bulb changes and now 7 days later, it’s leaking coolant. This makes me skeptical and disappointed about how my car was handled while in your businesses care.

Took like 10 days to get authorization from Hyndai Corporation before they could clean my engine because of it failing the oil consumption test. I did not have my car for 3 weeks. December 12th 2025 till January 2nd 2026. Acacia Wolff was so nice and kept me updated. This has nothing to do with service. But I will definitely not recommend a Hyndai to anyone.

The tire that was ordered for my car was sent back so the installation could not be done while I waited. While I appreciate the complimentary car rental, it was an inconvenience to have to come back when I had scheduled an appointment to wait for the tire installation.

Tim is always so kind and takes his time to explain things that are needed to keep my Hyundai in as tip top shape as possible without breaking all the pockets. My husband and I love our buddy Tim. He is amazing!

I advised that BOTH of my headlights had moisture in them and that I had a license plate light out. You had my car for a week and only replaced one headlight, the other still showing visible moisture intrusion, and did not fix the license plate light.
