Despite sending my warranty information immediately, it took three work days before my tire was ordered. Then, my electric car was not charge prior to picking it up. I did not have enough charge to get home so I had to charge it before I left. I bought my car at a Hyundai dealer in Virginian and my car was always fully charged when I picked it up. Five days to get a new tire seems excessive.
Special thanks to Austin Perrone after being determined to find out why my 2020 Sonata would not start. Even with the winter weather, he promised it would be solved and that I would get my car returned by a certain date. Appreciate his determination and persistence! Thank you very much!
I was not happy to have to return to the dealership with unresolved service issues. However this return trip was handled professionally and efficiently by Mr. Austin Perrone. I quickly received a video from the mechanic who explained the problem and it was repaired quickly while I waited for my vehicle. I would be happy to have Mr. Perrone assigned to me as a service advisor in the future.

Car broke down twice within a month of owning it. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Because Austin made sure to give updates and explained things so well I was put so much more at ease in an experience I have not had at all.
Well first off I lost my Genesis benefits at the Dean Team who isn’t going to service my car anymore! Got an appointment right away but when I arrived at 9:00 for my appointment seemed like I was checking into I don’t know what! You have a lot of employees walking around! Thought I could just take my key in like everywhere else and try and get a ride after I was told with a broken rear view mirror. Could they keep my car till Monday! This was Thursday morning! Waited to get a ride with my daughter for about a hour and again a lot of people walking around! Never did talk to Tim! Called the next morning to check on my car and the message told me it hadn’t even been looked at yet! Called Tim and left a message and told him I needed an update because I needed my car back Friday with the storm coming! He did call back about 1:30 and I missed his call and said they couldn’t fix my car and I could come and pick it up! Talked to Tim when I got there and he ordered he said the only mirror in the US so odds are might not get it and that case it could take four months to get! Unacceptable on a new car! So we had a not to nice conversation and I got my car and left! I pulled out on to Lindbergh and noticed on my dash board that a warning light symbol was on and two low tire lights! This were not on when I dropped the car off! So your service department let me take my car and you couldn’t even put some air in my tires for me? I am 72 and worked in customer service for 50 years and I have never been treated this was before! I just pray I mirror comes in and I don’t have to ever bring my car into your business! Also my husband called the service manager and he never called back! I walked into my house crying when I got home not knowing if my car was going to be okay until I got home and put air in my own tires thank you very much! Katie Antonich
