I made an appointment for an oil change at 9am. By around 1pm I was told my car was still waiting with several others in front of it. Car was finished a little after 2. That's 5 hours for a service that takes maybe 30 minutes. And my car was there for 6 hours because I dropped it off early. The few dollars I might save by going there vs valvoline or other facility that sticks to the appointment time, isn't worth the inconvenience of not having my car back in a timely manner

Waiting too long after I was told it was ready. Found out after after 20 minutes of waiting that they were cleaning my car. I was pressed for time so i would have liked to have been given the choice of waiting to have it cleaned or receiving it as is. I missed my next appt because of this unexpected delay

I’ve worked with Tim recently on some unfortunate situations, but he has been very professional and accommodating. He does a great job and goes above and beyond. It’s amazing with how busy he is, but he always maintains a great attitude and polite demeanor.
