I’m tired of bringing my car in and telling them what I’m hearing and it’s overlooked each time. This is very frustrating when they have my car all day and I’m stranded at work then I have to take it back multiple times because the problem is still there. Not one time have they fixed the problem I have the same day we scheduled the appointment. Ready to look for another dealership to service me.

I was very disappointed in this visit. I sent a note mentioning that there was a low-pitched driveline whine under no-load conditions at 30-35 MPH. Also there is a rubbing noise when steering wheel is turned. Your technician “couldn’t duplicate” complaints. That is insulting. We didn’t imagine the noises. The driveline noise is the same as we had in our GV70 and was corrected. Your technician is either lazy or has poor hearing. There are no other possibilities.
