Cost and new car shouldn’t need a gasket
I was there for an oil change and an electrical diagnostic. I got there at 10am and didn’t leave till 2pm just for them to do an oil change and tell me i had to come back for my electrical issue.

After driving over an hour home, I opened the messages sent to me while at the dealership. My fault on one hand that I waited until I got home. I thought they were just informing me when the technician started and finished. However, I'm those text were a link that stated my oil pan gasket was leaking and that it should urgently be repaired/ replaced. This was never discussed personally with me, nor was it in the final paperwork I received from Lily. Wouldn't you think it wiser to discuss this. Especially since I was there for an oil change! All other information pertaining to what was done to my vehicle was discussed and in that paperwork/ receipt. This is unacceptable.

I was told the job would be a couple hours. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30am, and at 2:00PM I got a call (I was still sitting in the parking lot waiting for the repair to finish) stating the job wouldn't be finished until the following day. The next morning soon after open I got a call stating the vehicle was ready to be picked up.
