First, I’m gonna say I’ve had this same issue in the past and have answered this survey and never heard back from anyone and I’m still experiencing the same issue. I’m not sure anyone reads or does anything with the surveys they receive. I’ve also talked to several friends who say they can’t get anyone on the phone and have had to drive to the dealership to talk to someone in Service Department. Yesterday I Called and went through automation for service Dept; on hold with music playing and finally it just disconnected. I then called sales and Ricky answered and stated he would walk my name and number to service for them to call me back. I continued to run errands, get gas, etc and no one ever called. On way home, I pulled into dealership and went into Service Dept where 3 employees were, talking and laughing with each other. I asked, “You all are busy today?” The first guy said, “pretty much”. I answered by letting him know I had called with no answer and salesman provided my name and number for someone to call back and he looked at me (like whatever) and asked how he could help me. I asked for a manager and was told there was not a manager in today. I asked if Mac Grubbs was in and he wasn’t sure. I then walked to the front in sales and asked for Mr. Grubbs or Terri. Terri was talking to someone else, so I met with Antonine. Antoine was professional, listened, and immediately had me taken care of. Antoine gave me his number to call and while this is nice, I shouldn’t have to call him to get service. I like my palisade, but will probably go with another brand when I trade because of the service. This service dept is 3/3 with this very issue for me. I came home and spoke to a friend who I know has had issues with the Grubbs Hyundai dealership. They stated they even emailed Mr. Grubbs themself and never heard back. All I can say is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The sales department is 10/10 but the service department is zero. The service department is causing this dealership to lose customers. I took my time to write this review but I won’t waste my time on the next survey. I appreciate Antoine Kelly!!
My experience with McGrub HYUNDAI was very satisfying.I appreciate the friendly,courteous,and professional service that Lily Martin provided me with. I would definitely recommend MCGRUB HYUNDAI to someone else. ????

Service department is great. I hate that a brand new car that is that high-end already has a bad camera in it, but I guess it is what it is.
