New customer to your dealership but not new to Hyundai so time will tell.Yes, I do travel from here on the coast up to your dealer for my service so I do hope it is a good service relationship. I am picky but would not ask you for any more than I would expect to deliver if I were rendering the service.

Fast service and courteous people.
I was welcomed in and my car taken for service promptly at 2. I was told the service would take approximately 45 minutes . I sat in the waiting area and received a text that the service was completed right on time. Checkout process was easy and everything that was done was reviewed with me .

I have been having a really tough time with Hyundai ever since i got my car. This place has been so nice since my first visit. Lily was amazing!! She went over and beyond to make sure i was satisfied, Thank you again to her. I will be back and recommend this car lot to others.
Service application was fine. The non human contact was annoying in that my husband and I left 4 messages to schedule service and no one bothered to return the call. Do you call clients back. I stayed on hold 12 minutes only to be forgotten, I held on just to see how long it would take. Well it took 12 minutes for me to end up hanging up. I advise you not to only rely on automation for contact.
