He’s been great with communication and service. Despite not being able to get in touch with anyone when I called several times, when he did call he was great. And he was also great when the service was done, very polite and respectful.

I have my tires rotated yesterday by your mechanic and as I was going down the highway yesterday evening headed to Biloxi. My tires traction light came on twice and the third time it hydroplane and ran off the road and totaled my car. I feel like my tires wasn’t on there tight or they weren’t balance. All I know is this the first time this is ever happened to me

So far the only services I have gotten from you all is oil change I have been very satisfied with all oil changes you all done. I plan to get other services done in December 2025 hope I will be even more satisfied when I have it done. I will call and make an appointment.

It took days for anyone to answer my call in the Service Dept. I had to call the Sales Dept. just to get a response about the status of my vehicle. Please have someone who is available to answer calls from the Service Dept. during your service hours.
