COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY WITH MY SERVICES
The service department has been so good to me with some issues I’ve had with my Palisade! They have gone over & beyond dealing with my warranty company fixing some serious issues. They spent a lot of their time resolving issues making sure my car was safe. I have been so impressed with the customer service they provided. I will always buy my cars in the future from them. I highly recommend this dealership. Tommy the service manager is awesome!! Thank you Matt Grubbs team ????

He seemed to be a kind young man, but I am totally disappointed in the overall service. After talking to my insurance company, I feel I was not given the correct diagnosis, nor the ability to choose the exact repair I wanted AND the repair my insurance provider would pay for. The insurance provider told me they would not even cover the rental car expense because the approved repair should only have taken less than an hour, not the amount of time I was told it would take that would require me to leave the car. (Note that we live in another county.) In the final analysis, I am deeply disappointed because I truly thought after the two previous visits that I had found a service shop that I could trust. That is unfortunately, not the case.

I’m not sure this was the service technician’s fault. My vehicle was returned to me in guest mode, which resulted in none of the infotainment systems working correctly. I had to return to the dealership yesterday to get an explanation of how to correct that. I should have been told that the system was reset And that I needed to change the user on the settings panel.

Waiting almost 2 hours to sign paperwork then we were next to sign paperwork then the f and I man disappeared salesman told us we had to come back Monday totally UNACCEPTABLE and DEFINITELY not a way to do business I know we will not buy again from Mac Grubbs By the way this was our second and LAST vehicle we will buy from Mac Grubbs We live 50 miles from your dealership for a total of 200 miles plus traffic jams on interstate 59 VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING buying experience
