I was quoted $1000 and I actually went elsewhere and it was done for only $460! I can never get anyone to answer the phone there. However, Aaron did an AMAZING job! He was very kind and helpful!

Aaron immediately began to upcharge me the moment I walked in. He said there was fine print on the oil change coupon and I showed him there wasn't. He then told me the charge for the 60k mile check up was $500+. I told him I talked with the service manager Monday and he told me it would be $450 then I showed him the notes I took during my conversion with Tommy. He said he would confirm with Tommy and I believe he did as my total bill was less than $400.

My car was clean after auto oil change, interior was undisturbed, and there was no oil or grease in my car. A lot places you go the employees leave greasy hand prints all over the steering wheel. I spend a lot of in my car like a home away from and it being clean when I got in it was superb. Scheduling was a breeze. The team at Hyundai Grubbs really makes you feel at home, in years past Hyundai has always carried there warranty promises out amid product problems. I love my little Elantra, it’s been a joy to drive and explore places with. Top notch care for my top notch car is needed because I drive along ways everyday.

The steering wheel melted before the bumper to bumper Waranty expired. Hyundai replaced the steering wheel BEFORE the Waranty expired. Within a day of it being in your shop for the new steering wheel (BEFORE 60K mile warranty expired), the A/C unit stopped working and the sunroof didn’t work like it did prior to being in your shop. We tried calling so many times to report issue but no one answers the phones in service. So, my son stopped and brought it in as soon as he could get time off from work. Although the A/C came back on, now we are being told that the car needs over 4K of repair/replacement parts for issues that clearly were a result of someone NOT making all the connections properly under the dashboard while installing the new the steering wheel or simply not knowing what they were doing. Never had a problem before it was in your shop. When vehicle was brought back in I received a crazy estimate for repairs that should have been resolved prior to it leaving your shop while it was still under warranty. Extremely disappointed in this service. Service department has always taken care of us before but this is ridiculous.

The oil was supposed to be full synthetic, and it was not full synthetic oil and our computer was set to guest instead of where it should’ve been and we had to go to all the trouble to reset it back and we should not have had to do that

Your 3% service charge on credit card purchases is ****. It’s called “the cost of doing business”. I’d expect that from a mom and pop shop, but not Hyundai. It also took an entire week for a seat position switch to arrive. Entirely too long. My service writer, I forget his name, but it started with a T. He’s a real piece of work. When I inquired about why my switch didn’t arrive on Monday as I was told it would, he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t work for FedEx and he had not control over it.
