Communication from the service may could be improved regarding what time the service department closed. I took a Lyft ride to pick up my car and got there at 535. The service department was closed and my car was locked with no key available. Thankfully the front workers were still there. They were unsure but did help me resolve getting my keys. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Thank you.

We are having trouble with the transmission jerking at highway speeds, they said it needed a transmission and the tech felt the jerking ,plus we were told it had codes for the transmission .the next day they said there wasn’t nothing wrong with it. I believe they are giving us the run around because it’s under warranty. We travel a lot and we do not want to be stranded along the road. We were planning on buying a new Hyundai and a year or so because the warranty is so good ,but I don’t know if we will or not now.
Best Customer Service, my service Advisor Mr.Troy and his manager, they really came through for me in dealing with my warranty company and made sure i was all taken care of to the end. Plus, they got my car ready in 2 days. For guy that depended on his car to make living you guys helped a great deal. I know where I am shopping my next car for sure. I left the service department and headed towards Jackson. Made it most of the way and suddenly my car is acting up. Haven't had an issue with it until this service was done.
