No one called me. I had to call countless times to get them to even call my warranty company. I called my warranty company because I didn't believe they had been contacted. My warranty company denied the claim but told me that Mack Grubbs was told that Hyundai should warranty it because of history of issues with sludge in the motor. I called Mack Grubbs back immediately. I wess told that in the span of 30 minutes, my warranty company and Hyundai denied the claims. I don't believe it for a second. They didn't want to deal with it from the start. That was obvious since they knew the problem for an entire week before they even called my warranty company. And then charged me $176 for nothing!

I was kinda in a bind because my car was slightly overdue for a service and my wife unexpectedly needed to make a trip to Texas. They agreed to take it as a walk-in, but told me that it might take two hours. I don’t think it was even one hour! Had me in and out in no time!
