They called me and informed me that I needed to have my oil pan gasket was leaking and I had a warranty that covered it. They quoted me the whole day but got it back to me in under 4 hours.
Geo was kind and respectful and though my initial concern was not able to be duplicated while at Future Kia, Geo went above and beyond to make sure my car and I were cared for.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted so warmly and taken care of right away—no waiting, no confusion. They got me into the system fast, squared away all my info, and even answered my calls on the first ring!
Geovanni offered me refreshments and made me feel valued. I even got a text when my vehicle was ready, which I loved—but what really stood out was he personally went to the waiting room to let me know, and held the door open for me the entire way. That small act of kindness meant a lot.

Our service agent was exemplary however we were told that the vehicle had undergone a complementary service wash and this was not done. I was being done at no charge but having it done would’ve made the fact that I spent $130 having the vehicle serviced that much nicer.!

Cant remember the guy who took my keys from me when I came to drop off my keys but he had a rude attitude from the start. Definitely needs to be trained to have better customer service and listen better
