Communication in a timely manner would be greatly appreciated. We dropped off the vehicle at 7:45am but couldn’t get a hold of anyone day until we received a text message at 4:30pm. It was inconvenient for us. I

Just took a lot longer for an oil change than expected!
After you replaced my transmission, you ruined the Ac system and the starter and were rude about taking responsibility even though all of those things worked perfect before they went to your service station. Kia is the most fraudulent and rude company I have ever worked with.
I asked him I had a Dr. appointment and they did my oil change in a fast and timely matter. Great service
The service was great. Your service and mechanic was my miracle. The mechanics found the problem and said it was not invasive or requiring a great deal of effort two wires need to be cleaned! Problem solved!!!
My only suggestion is I wish someone would have called me with a status update or let me know when I dropped off that my July 8th appointment would not be ready until the next day late afternoon. Only because I had to pick up my 3 Grandsons on the 9th and I had to rent a car.
I was there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change , when I went to check on my vehicle I was told by one technician “ I’m sorry for the long wait but we are overbooked “ my question is/was if you were overbooked then why did Louie set my appointment on that day ? If you’re overbooked then I could have made appointment some other day and not wait two and half hours .
Had recall letter for vehicle,gave all information made appiontion waited one there to be told no.
Geo was so very polite & thoughtful! He gave me all the information I needed & let me know as soon as my car was ready. I’d love to have him as my agent every time ????

Everything was great a very good job
I waited an hour to get my vehicle after getting a call earlier in the day that my vehicle was done. Staff would pass by me consistently and nonone ever asked if I had been helped or if I was waiting on something. Poor customer service.

Jacob was great throughout the process. He was pleasant to deal with and very accurate in the information he shared.
I did notice the windshield was broken, which I think should have been acknowledged.
There was a crack in it already small and completely contained not requiring a fix. The new one will require the windshield to be replaced.
