Satisfied with customer service but the last 2 services were not because the 1st service was appt was 9 15 am but they checked the vehicle after 3 pm, we had to picked up the vehicle the following day and when the second date 7/18 when they performed the recall and the seat was not properly installed had to cancel a trip. The travel is very inconvenient and the travel round trip is 80 miles x 3 days. So just the gas and the inconvenient in our part is unacceptable. Although we had a free oil change still was not happy with the job. We are just happy with the customer services.
Everything was satisfactory. He made sure to wash my car too. I really appreciate his customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for the positive experience.
