It was the worse experience I’ve had. I was told to be there at 2:30. My car would be finished. I got a text back saying it would be 3 to 330 that was fine so my son drops me off there they tell me to go to the waiting room I did. I sit there and sat there and sit there. I finally got up and went out to the service area. I asked if my car was finished he told me no it’ll be about another 45 minutes. I go back to the waiting room 45 minutes passes finally it gets quarter after five. I asked someone what time do you close? They said 6 o’clock I said at this time it was 515. I said well gosh I don’t wanna stay all night here. I go back out there and ask if my car is finished he went. Geo went to the garage to see. He never came back and told me anything. I walked outside the gentleman that cleans the cars out he said you haven’t got your car yet I said no I haven’t. He said you have a lot of patience. I said my patients are running out. Finally Geo came back. He told me how much it would be. He took my check. Oh, he said by the way, would you like your car washed? I said well that would be nice. He said cause there’s some bird poop on the side. If you don’t get it cleaned off it’s gonna leave a spot. I said oh yes I don’t want to tap a spot. He went out. He said oh well that’s all right. The guy took a spray bottle and cleaned it off with the spray bottle I said OK he took my check. Did not say anything else now I’m 85-year-old lady. They wouldn’t have done that to a man and I have to say this is the worst service that I’ve ever received. I would never purchase another car there only because of this reason thank you

It was very good service overall and the way I was treated was very well. There was one thing that was not fixed. My tire warning light continues to stay on no matter if the tires are aired up or not. I was told it would be fixed, but when I started driving home, it still was on. Other than that, I had a good experience there. Maybe when I bring the car back in as I’m supposed to after 1000 miles they can look at that light again thank you

This was the worst experience. My car was given back to me in worst condition. The staff was inconsiderate and tried to put the blame on the me "the customer". I paid $450.00 for Future KIA of Clovis to ruin my car. All i received was a manager's number.
