Now my car air conditioning is not working properly and I have not driven it much because I work out of town. I am very disappointed in the service department. Yes, I got a new engine. It took forever, nobody returned my calls or questions, I had to complain loudly to get ANY response.
I paid the extra $600 to make sure the engine replacement was good and now my air conditioner barely works. I am very unhappy.
Very professional, informative and pleasant conversations
I scheduled service for my Kia after my Kia App notified me that my 8,000-mile maintenance was due. The app listed a full to-do list of items, and I made my appointment with the expectation that these items would be addressed.
When I arrived, I explained to the service advisor exactly what was needed based on the Kia App and even showed him the list directly. He simply nodded and said, “Yes, we do a 360 visual,” without acknowledging or discussing the specific tasks listed. I repeated my request, but it was clear he was not paying attention.
After leaving my vehicle for service, I returned later to pick it up and asked if everything on the app’s maintenance list had been completed. I was told that they are “not responsible” for the items or the maintenance plan listed in the Kia App.
This experience suggests there is a major disconnect between what the manufacturer is trying to achieve with the Kia App and the competency or willingness of the service staff at this location. Whether it’s a lack of training, communication, or care, the result is the same: customers are left feeling dismissed, with their concerns not addressed. The staff’s demeanor toward customer urgency only reinforces this impression. It always ruins my day to go down to this site for service that I regret buying my kia because of the servo at this location.
Reuben was super kind and made everything go smoothly and quickly. Could not thank him enough for giving me such a great experience. The only thing I would say I dislike was the fact that calling the service center and actually getting someone to answer, was like pulling teeth. The messaging system along with the system that shows you what was done and can take your payment, could be improved as well. Otherwise, Kia has always been a great company, and my 2013 Optima that I bought brand new, has always been such a wonderful car. I love everything about it! And it has had almost no problems ! Not many can say that! So thank you Kia, for great customer service, great pricing, and awesome cars! :)

Came in for transmission service and was told it was covered under premium package service warranty. When we got the package we were told we wouldn’t be charged ONE DIME! Another words your finance guy sold us a bill of goods! I’m sure he got his commission by lying to us! He made his money and moved on!
My concern now is what else isn’t covered!!! I guess it’s true what they say, the warranty is ****.
If you have any respect for your customer, send me a list of whats not covered.

2 years ago we filed a complaint about the ceramic coat we purchased at purchase, product was not working to extent we questioned if it had indeed been applied, pictures were taken several times , everytime we bring in car for service we inquire about claim , no record ever seems to be on file . We paid cash for ghis product did not finance it , really disappointed in the follow up on this issue, car water spots and wayer does not sheet up as advertised , from the beginning,would appreciate some answers on this issue
