George was the best representative I have dealt with, along with phillip. Both of them made sure everything was taken care or. Geo made sure that my appt. That didn't get rescheduled was available and good to months following morning. Much kudos to Geo and phillip. Look forward to working with both of them in the future.
A master switch was replace in my car to correct the ability to roll two of my windows up and down, but at the door control those same two windows
Horrible customer service, they don’t answer phones, and it took them 6 days to put tires on my car. On top of that they lied about not having my correct tires even though they called me that morning telling me that they have the tires and were going to put them on. It took my mom having to threaten them with a tow truck to pick up my car cause they wanted to act dumb with my mom then, all of a sudden they magically had my tires. Safe to say we will never be coming back to the Kia dealership in Clovis.
Although the issue wasn't resolved, Jacob got my car diagnosed and explained that the parts would take several days. He washed my vehicle and gave me the option of leaving my vehicle in the shop, or drive it home and he'd call me when the parts came in. He was very friendly and helpful.
