Geovanni and his colleague Eric were courteous and helpful during this service session. They explained the process and vehicle was ready when promised.
I was told the schedule maintenance would only take about 1.5 to 2 hours. We were there for 3 hours. Then I was returned the car after the wash with water on my passenger seat and passenger inside door. Our advisor was nice enough to take pictures to report it to the manager.
I made arrangements to drop off my car. The car was there all day and no one called me to tell me that the parts ordered were damaged. I got there and they told me it wasn’t ready and that they would order new parts in just a few days- I’ve been calling and no one has called me back. When I finally did reach someone they said they hadn’t ordered the parts as yet. No one has reached out - I’m super disappointed with the service.
Eric is a superb Kia representative. I imagine all of his customers feel the same way..He is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Keep him happy and he will be there for a long, long time!

Took my wife's Kia in for a recall fuse.. Giovanni took care of us and assured us that everything would be done that day... Little over an hour later everything was ready to go & we're back in business. Great service thanks again
