The Sorrento was my third Kia. It’ll most likely be my last Kia because your service gal Diana was very unkind and rude and basically told me I was a liar. She told me that I had put an aftermarket screw in, which would be absolutely impossible because I’ve never taken it anywhere but to Kia service. She also informed me that I’ve been in a car accident and it was on my Carfax. Which is impossible because I’ve never been in a car accident in my entire life. What a debacle and very unhappy with service I brought my car in on Friday. They gave it back to me Saturday and it broke down again on Sunday. Very inconvenient. i’ve been a customer of Kia for more than 15 years. This was the absolutely worst experience I’d ever have with your service department, particularly Diana.

You guys are lucky to have Diana on your team. I was disappointed when I tried to connect with someone in service because no one was returning my calls. When I was told she was my service contact, she made sure things were handled quickly. Diana went above and beyond. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. She will be the only one I contact in your service department moving forward. You need to hire more females like her who know how to take care of business. The men were a conll ok eye disappointment. They need to do better.
