I was told I needed to pay $1200 for my 60,000 mile service. I had that done the last time I was in and your service rider said I did not try to charge me for it again. After several minutes of arguing, she said the new system does not show it, then found it in the “old system“ and said oh yeah, you did pay for that and have it completed last time. Then my oil change was still over $300. Shady as hell.

Made appointment month ago for software update for infotainment system. dropped off for appointment. after 4 hours, Eric informs me it’s going to take longer. The tech needed to find the software and then download it. Why wasn’t this done prior to my appointment? the service person that set up my appointment was told why I was bringing the car in. that was the primary reason. i was not concerned with the recalls. which the tech took care of prior to the software issue. car showed no issues regarding recalls. very disappointed that software issue remains.
First of all, people at service desk, I give them a 10 for being very friendly,And as for my car, I only knew of the 2 recalls 1for trunk latch and sensor. To find out there was a 3rd one regarding trunk having problems with water getting into the back lights and trunk. I don't use my trunk so, I wasn't aware of water getting into the trunk or lights. I just thought it was natural moisture. I have pictures and videos of the water.That was left in the base of the trunk and photos of the moisture left inside my lights. Considering you guys are a dealership, I would think Kia would have been responsible. For those repair caused by the recalls. I would like to come in and deal directly with the Manger of this department.
The service performed on my vehicle was great, however I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and I had not gotten any updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call around 2:45pm to see what was going on and if it was going to be completed by 5pm.
