Did not contact us about our car. Had to call multiple times and didn’t hear from them until the next day. They also did not do the wash that they said was complementary. Didn’t rotate tires like we asked. Bad. Won’t return to this one.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was so nice and Abby went above and beyond! Got a Lyft to and from wal mart which was an absolute joy to get some shopping done while my car was being serviced and then got a complimentary wash and replaced a few lost tire valve covers! I'm so happy we got our car with future Kia of Clovis!!
