I was very concerned it would appear the service manager stayed with the frown and as Eric was helping me, the manager of service department chose that moment to come and scolded Eric. I feel like this manager needs a little talking to maybe teaching the right and wrong times I felt like whatever the manager was going through or whatever problem he had it should’ve it should have and could have waited until a more private location was found your service manager needs improvement
The job was really quick really satisfied. I just don’t understand $450 worth of labor. I should pay when the motor was already getting taken out.

Yes they were helpful and response, they got me an appointment quickly.
The part was replaced, wind reflector on the sunroof. The sunroof was not properly inserted. I took the car back and they fixed the problem. Was pleased with their promptness.
The team was super helpful, and talked me through what they would be doing to my vehicle. The service was done in a couple hours! I was very satisfied.

Eric listened to the questions I asked and answered each one thoroughly. He kept in touch and explained all the details well. He even asked if I had any more questions when I went in to pick the car up. It made me feel comfortable and I’d ask for him again.

Too long of a wait for an oil change.
Shouldn’t have booked our appointment for 2pm if we’re already overbooked for that day. Dropped off my car at 130, didn’t get completed until 4:20pm.Over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Wow
Took little longer then expected my appointment was at 8:00 am checked out after 10:00 am every one was professional and nice
Service was exceptional as usual. I was updated every step of the way and my car was washed!
