When I went to pick up my car on Thursday it was not fixed ...they kept it and determined it had other issues. Last evening shortly before 5 Eric called and said he was waiting for approval to be able to get the needed part and make the repairs. I did not here anything today...I left a message inquiring but did not receive a reply

I brought my vehicle in for the 100,000-mile service. After driving home, I attempted to raise the windows, but the rear windows did not operate. I promptly contacted Jacob to report the issue. I returned the vehicle the next business day, but due to the late hour, the technicians were unable to diagnose the problem at that time. I scheduled a third appointment to have the vehicle inspected again. During this visit, I was informed that a switch was inoperative.
The timing of the switch failure coinciding with the recent service is concerning, and I find it difficult to believe it is merely a coincidence. I have been a longstanding customer and am disappointed and frustrated with the outcome of this situation. I do appreciate Jacob’s professionalism and understanding regarding my concerns. However, I remain skeptical about the timing of the failure.
Geovanni was very helpful and kind. Went in for just a scheduled oil change and brought up that a piece of my trim had fallen off a couple days ago. He took pictures of it right away and it was fixed by the time i came to pick up my car! Had a great experience!

Excellent experience. I called 3 dealerships to get my car in. Selma & Visalia Kia, weren’t good! In fact Selma never returned my numerous calls to the service dept. Your dealership returned my calls, got my car in & out in 1 day & fixed my issue! Can’t say enough good things about Eric! Stayed till 6 pm so I could get my car back the same day! Thank you Eric for doing such a great job!!!! 10 out of 10!

I did leave with the tire pressure light on but could not return because I had class. My tire is now flat and the back drivers side tire did have a loose cap
