I wish they would dryoff the car better after the rinse and vacuum the carpets, otherwise I was served well: timely, expediently, thoroughly servicing my Kia Rio.

Nezo was friendly and helpful during the entire process. He explained the maintenance included in the service and provided an estimate of cost. After the maintenance he did the same, washed my car and kept the inside clean while removing the protective paper and plastic from the inside. Very satisfied with the service today.

Communication was an issue; Digital Harmony on the phone system was horrible; just needed to speak to an operator. Didnt get a call back so I could ask a simple question. Had to listen to the privacy policy about five times. Today I guess my service TECH and I were not on the same page. I just wanted an oil change. I would come back for the 45,000 mile maintenance when I reached 45,000 miles therefore I had to pay a lot more than I anticipated today, which was not good timing for my budget
